The Silents Victims of Crime are the 1.7 millions children under the age of 18, who live in the United States and have incarcerated parent. These children are routinely overlooked and displaced to potentially unsafe environments followings of a parent (primary caregiver ). Lack of intervention on behave of these children may be a contributing a factor towards future criminal behavior.
